Description

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A portable grain storage bin for storing grain and a method of erecting same. The bin comprises an outer circular wall composed of wire mesh which is pegged to the ground, and an inner plastic lining material which is closed at the top after filling of the bin. A hoop circumventing the open top of the plastic lining permits the installation of an aeration device while providing an otherwise weatherproof enclosure. A flexible strip of rodent proof material is placed between the base of the cylindrical wall of the liner and the wire mesh.
