A storage bag having a recloseable mouth, which is biased into an open configuration, is disclosed. The bag, typically manufactured from thermoplastic material such as low-density polyethylene, includes first and second adjacent layers joined or folded along bottom and side edges. The top edges are not folded or permanently joined, but are provided with closure members such as mating male and female zipper strips. The bag is further provided with structure to bias the top edges apart from one another thus biasing the mouth of the bag into an open configuration. The closure members are sufficiently strong to overcome the force of the biasing structure and thereby hold the bag closed when the closure members are engaged. However, upon disengagement of the closure members the biasing structure forces the bag top edges apart to thereby place the bag into an open mouth configuration.
L'invention concerne un sac de conservation doté d'une ouverture refermable, laquelle est sollicitée pour que soit obtenue une configuration ouverte. Le sac, généralement constitué d'un matériau thermoplastique tel qu'un polyéthylène à faible densité, comprend des première et seconde couches adjacentes, raccordées ou pliées le long des côtés inférieurs et latéraux. Les côtés supérieurs ne sont pas pliés ou raccordés de manière permanente, mais sont dotés d'éléments de fermeture tels que des bandes mâle et femelle correspondantes. Le sac comprend également une structure permettant d'écarter les côtés supérieurs l'un de l'autre, ce qui sollicite l'ouverture du sac pour lui faire adopter une configuration ouverte. Les éléments de fermeture sont assez solides pour résister à la force de la structure d'écartement, si bien qu'ils peuvent maintenir le sac fermé lorsque les éléments de fermeture sont engagés l'un dans l'autre. Toutefois, lors de la séparation des éléments de fermeture, la structure d'écartement écarte les côtés supérieurs du sac pour conférer à ce dernier une configuration d'ouverture ouverte.
