ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A storage battery jumper or booster cable which is relatively small as compared with the prior art jumper to be easier to handle and to store, and which includes small easy to operate clamps, and which has relatively large diameter conductors and relatively thin insulating sheaths so that the individual cables may be pliable, rather than resilient, to be capable of being shaped into any desired configuration to fit into relatively inaccessible areas, and to be wrapped around hood support rods and the like to provide a support for the cable so as to prevent slippage of the clamps. The cable also includes insulating material encasing each of the clamps.
