A b s t r a c t The container, especially for photographic prints, comprises a double-shell housing and a slider member which can be pulled out of the latter parallel to a window in the housing. The plane of separation of the housing is approximately flush with the upper edge of the slider member and the contour of the housing tapers, starting from the said plane of separation. For the actuation of the slider member, a grippable recess portion enters from below into the slider member. Fig. 1.
