Disclosed herein is a storage device comprising a base member having an outer peripheral surface, an upper flexible cover secured to the base member, the cover having a lower free edge region to fit over the base member and to lie adjacent the outer peripheral surface, a first tightening means for tightening the lower free edge region against the peripheral surface and a second anchoring means for anchoring the lower free edge region to the base member.
