ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure describes a storage rack for flat rectangular articles, such as compact or computer discs, video or audio cassettes, and the like which comprises a structural body formed of molded plastic material and displaying a plurality of vertical rectangular compartments; the walls of the compartments are distanced from one another to define an area adapted to slidably receive therein the edge portion of an article to be stored. One of the walls has an aperture and integral tongue portion that extends into the article receiving area. This tongue portion defines a clamping force to press against an article being stored.
