The silicone composition of the present invention comprises: (a) a curable silicone polymer, e.g., vinyl-containing organopolysiloxane, (b) a crosslinker, e.g., organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (c) a platinum catalyst of the Karstedt type and (d) an amine stabilizer.
