The present invention relates to storage-stable sulfonated condensation products based on amino resin formers having at least two amino groups or naphthalene and also formaldehyde and, if desired, organic nitrogen bases, which further comprise, as nitrogen-containing formulation auxiliaries, compounds of the formula (I) R1-NH-X-Y-R2 where R1 and R2 are each, independently of one another, H, -CH3, -C2H5, -C3H7, - (CH2)n-CH2- X = -CH2, CO, CS Y = S, NH, -(CH2)m- n = 0 to 9 m = 1 to 4; and/or compounds of the formula (II) (see above formula) where Z = -OCH3, -SO3H, -SO3-N2+, -NO2, -NH2, -NH-NH2, -CO2-Na+, -CHO, and in which the molar ratio of amino resin former : formaldehyde : sulfite : nitrogen-containing formulation auxiliary is 1 : 1.9 - 6.0 : 1.0 - 2.0 : 0.01 - 1.5 and/or the molar ratio of naphthalenesulfonic acid : formaldehyde : nitrogen- containing formulation auxiliary is 1 : 0.7 - 3.0 : 0.01 - 1.5. Also described are a process for preparing these condensation products and their use, in particular as additives for inorganic binders and for hydraulically setting dry mixes comprising these inorganic binders. Overall, the storage-stable sulfonated condensation products of the invention display, in particular, a significantly increased thermal stability.

La présente invention concerne des produits de condensation sulfonés stables au stockage se basant sur des agents de formation d'aminoplaste comprenant au moins deux groupes amino ou naphtaline ainsi que formaldéhyde et éventuellement des bases azotées organiques comprenant en plus comme additifs de formulation azotés des composés de formule générale (I) R<1>-NH-X-Y-R<2> dans laquelle: R<1> et R<2> sont indépendamment H, -CH3, -C2H5, -C3H7, -(CH2)n-CH2-; X = -CH2, CO, CS; Y = S, NH, -(CH2)m-; n = O à 9; m = 1 à 4; et/ou des composés de formule générale (II) dans laquelle: Z = -OCH3, -SO3H, -SO3<->Na<+>, -NO2, -NH2, -NH-NH2, -CO2<->Na<+>, -CHO. Le rapport molaire agent de formation d'aminoplaste: formaldéhyde: sulfite: additif de formulation azoté vaut 1: 1,9 à 6,0: 1,0 à 2,0: 0,01 à 1,5 et/ou le rapport molaire acide naphtaline-sulfonique: formaldéhyde: additif de formulation azoté vaut 1: 0,7 à 3,0: 0,01 à 1,5. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un produit de condensation ainsi que son utilisation en particulier en tant qu'additif pour liant minéral et pour des mélange secs à durcissement hydraulique contenant ce liant minéral. Dans l'ensemble, les produits de condensation sulfonés stables au stockage de l'invention se caractérisent principalement par une stabilité thermique améliorée de manière significative.
