The present invention provides a storage system having a storage device having at least one polymeric sheet (16) sealed along a portion of its' periphery to provide an opening (18) to a storage space (22); a resealable closure structure (20) adapted to seal the opening (18) to the storage space (22), the resealable closure structure (20) comprising selectively engaging male and female profiles (21) and a caulking composition (99) suitable for at least incidental contact to food items contained within the storage space (22); a vacuum valve assembly (30) disposed on the polymeric sheet (16); a stand-off structure (70) disposed adjacent to the vacuum valve assembly (30); a portable vacuum pump assembly (40) structured to engage the vacuum valve assembly (30); and a liquid separator assembly (90) coupled to the portable vacuum pump assembly (40).
L'invention concerne un système de stockage à dispositif de stockage qui comporte au moins une feuille polymère (16) hermétique le long d'une partie de sa périphérie assurant une ouverture (18) vers un espace de stockage (22); une structure d'obturation libérable (20) obturant l'ouverture (18) vers l'espace (22), cette structure (20) comprenant des profils mâle et femelle à enclenchement sélectif (21) et une composition de calfeutrage (99) assurant au moins un contact accessoire avec des aliments dans l'espace (22); un ensemble vanne à dépression (30) sur la feuille polymère (16); une structure à dégagement (70) adjacente à l'ensemble vanne (30); un ensemble pompe à vide portatif (40) s'enclenchant dans l'ensemble (30); et un ensemble séparateur de liquide (90) couplé à l'ensemble pompe (40).
