A securement device for a nasal cannula (30), the device comprising: a nasal cannula (30) comprising a nosepiece and first and second cannula (35, 35') tubes; an elongated strap (5) having a first end (22) and a second end (23) and a first surface and a second surface, the first end (22) encircling the first cannula tube (35) behind and below a user's one ear, and the second and (23) encircling the second cannula tube (35') behind and below the user's other ear; wherein the elongated strap (5) first surface has a strip of hook fastener (12) and a cooperating strip of loop fastener (13) near the first end (22), and the first surface has a strip of hook fastener (12) and a cooperating strip of loop fastener (13) near the second end (23), the strips of hook fastener (12) being adjacent to their respective cooperating strips of loop fastener (13) on the first surface without space between them; wherein the first end (22) encircles the first cannula tube (35) and attaches to itself to form a loop (10) around the first cannula tube (35) with an interior surface, and the second end (23) encircles the second cannula tube (35') and attaches to itself to form a loop (10) around the second cannula tube (35') with an interior surface, said interior surface being covered substantially entirely with said strips of hook fastener (12) and loop fastener (13).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation pour une canule nasale (30). Ce dispositif comprend une canule nasale (30) comportant un embout et un premier et un second tube de canule (35, 35'); une sangle allongée (5) dotée d'une première et d'une seconde extrémité (22, 23) ainsi que d'une première et d'une seconde surface, la première extrémité (22) entourant le premier tube de canule (35) derrière et au-dessous de l'oreille de l'utilisateur et la seconde extrémité (23) entourant le second tube de canule (35') derrière et au-dessous de l'oreille de l'utilisateur. La première surface de la sangle allongée (5) présente une bande de fixation à crochets (12) et une bande de fixation à boucles (13), qui coopère avec la bande de fixation à crochets, à proximité de la première extrémité (22).
