ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An industrial masonry wall saw blade is optimized for minimizing stress adjacent the blade gullets by maintaining the radius of curvature of the arcuate gullets within a fixed range. By further maintaining the total gullet area within preset limits, vibration, noise and blade flexure are also significantly reduced. This is achieved by fixing the radial height of the blade cutting elements within another predetermined range.
