ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method of making a stressed-skin panel to be used for e.g. outer walls, inner walls, naked floors or ceilings for building houses has a building element comprising two plates or the like having insulating material therebetween. Intermediate joists may also be cut or in another way divided into a number of longitudinal bars which are fixed as spacing elements between the two main plates.
