A strippable floor coating characterized in that it comprises an undercoat layer (A) formed from an undercoating material which is for application to floor surfaces, comprises a wax as a major component, and has film-forming ability and, superposed on the layer (A), a strippable topcoat layer (B) formed from a floor-polishing composition comprising an aqueous emulsion as a major component, and that the undercoat layer (A) has higher adhesion to the floor surface than to the topcoat layer (B). Even when applied to various flooring materials, this strippable floor coating does not peel off practically and is excellent in antifouling properties and wearing resistance to retain a beautiful appearance for long. If necessary, the coating can be easily stripped off.

L'invention concerne un revêtement de sol détachable, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une sous-couche (A) formée à partir d'un matériau de sous-couche destiné à une application sur des sols, comprenant une cire en tant que composant principal, et présentant des propriétés filmogènes, et, superposée à la sous-couche (A), une couche supérieure détachable (B) formée à partir d'une composition de polissage de sols comprenant une émulsion aqueuse en tant que composant principal, et en ce que la sous-couche (A) présente une adhésion plus forte à la surface du sol qu'à la couche supérieure (B). Même lors d'applications sur divers matériaux de sols, ce revêtement détachable ne s'écaille en pratique pas et présente d'excellentes propriétés antisalissures et une excellente résistance à l'usure, et maintient donc une belle apparence pendant longtemps. Si nécessaire, le revêtement peut facilement être détaché.
