Stripping fingers for use in a copying machine, molded of a liquid crystal polyester resin composition containing a liquid crystal polyester having a flow temperature of 340°C or higher and titanium oxide whiskers. The stripping fingers have excellent heat deflection resistance, heat aging resistance, thermal shock resistance, heat load resistance, low attack on the counter roller, good shape retainability of the finger edges, and good non-stick property against toner. Coating with PFA at 330°C or higher on the stripping finger increases non-tackiness.

Des «doigts dégageurs» pour photocopieur, moulés à partir d'une composition de résine polyester de cristal liquide contenant un polyester en cristal liquide d'une température de fluage de 340° C ou plus et des filaments d'oxyde de titane. Les doigts dégageurs font preuve d'une excellente résistance à la déflexion de chaleur, au vieillissement dû à la température, au choc thermique et à la charge thermique. Les doigts s'attaquent peu au contre-rouleau, le maintien de la forme des bords des doigts est bon, et ils montrent peu de tendance à adhérer au toner. Un enduit de PFA appliqué à 330° C ou plus sur le doigt dégageur augmente ses propriétés anti-adhésives.
