An accessory bridge, having a storage compartment, adapted to be secured to the upper portion of the handle of a stroller, above a so-called "parent console;" and a stroller including such an accessory bridge. The accessory bridge preferably is secured at its bottom to the top of the console, and at its top to the handgrip portion of the handle. The storage compartment may be within a tilt-out bin that is accessible from the rear, such that it can be accessed when the stroller is open, as well as when it is folded. A front opening allows the dispensing of articles (e.g., tissues) carried by the accessory bridge.
