A stroller includes a leg unit, a seat frame mounted on the leg unit, a backrest frame pivoted to the seat frame, and a positioning mechanism including a base pivoted to the leg unit, a rail unit formed on the backrest framer a slide unit mounted slidably on the rail unit, a first engaging unit secured to the base, and a second engaging unit secured to the backrest frame. The slide unit is slidable on the rail unit between an engaging position, in which the second engaging unit engages the first engaging unit, and a disengaging position, in which the second engaging unit disengages from the first engaging unit.
