The invention relates to a structural element that has a layer containing cells bordered by stiff lamellas (4) with a cover plate (6) at least on one side attached with adhesive to the edges of the lamellas (4), and which is characterised by that the cover plate (6) is a fibre-reinforced composite plate, and the edges of the lamellas (4) extend into it keeping a certain distance (a), and they are connected to the cover plate (6) via a chemical bond realised between its synthetic resin matrix and the adhesive. The procedure according to the invention is characterised by that the cover plate (6), while it is still in a partially polymerised, still soft condition, when it can already be handled, is connected to the layer containing cells after the polymer-based adhesive (7) suitable for creating a chemical bond with the synthetic resin matrix of the cover plate has been applied to the connecting surfaces and the edges of said cells being pressed into the cover plate; and the cross-linking of the adhesive and the complete polymerisation of the synthetic resin matrix of the cover plate (6) are realised simultaneously, as a result of which a chemical bond is created between the cover plate (6) and the layer containing cells.
L'invention concerne un élément structurel qui présente une couche renfermant des cellules bordées de lamelles rigides (4) avec une plaque de recouvrement (6) dont au moins un côté est collé avec un adhésif aux rebords des lamelles (4). Ledit élément est caractérisé par le fait que ladite plaque de recouvrement (6) constitue une plaque composite renforcée par des fibres et les bords des lamelles (4) s'étendent dans ces dernières, ce qui crée une certaine distance (a) et elles s'imbriquent dans la plaque de recouvrement (6) par liaison chimique entre la matrice de résine synthétique et l'adhésif. Le procédé de cette invention repose sur le fait que, tandis qu'elle se trouve toujours dans un état souple, partiellement polymérisé, quand elle est déjà prête à être manipulée, ladite plaque de recouvrement (6) est rattachée à la couche renfermant des cellules, une fois que l'adhésif à base de polymère (7) approprié à la création d'une liaison chimique avec la matrice de résine synthétique de la plaque de recouvrement a été appliqué sur les surfaces d'accouplement et les bords des cellules sont comprimés dans la plaque de recouvrement. Le durcissement de l'adhésif et la polymérisation complète de la matrice de résine synthétique de la plaque de recouvrement (6) s'effectuent simultanément, ce qui débouche sur la création d'une liaison chimique entre la plaque de recouvrement (6) et la couche contenant des cellules.
