The invention concerns a joint comprising at least two elements with shaped profiles arranged to fit into each other mutually such as a male part and at least one female part, each of them being integral with the edges of two adjacent slabs. One slab (22) edge is provided having a substantially L-shaped female profile (34) whereof the vertical branch (27) extends along the edge up to the slab (22) upper surface ridge and the base branch (35) extends inwards of the slab (22) and folded back on itself downwards to form a double branch (27) extending parallel to the base branch (35) leaving between them a reduced space (36) wherein part of the male profile (32) can be engaged.

Le joint comprend au moins deux éléments en forme de profils agencés de façon à pouvoir s'engager l'un dans l'autre tels qu'une partie mâle et au moins une partie femelle, chacun d'eux étant solidaire d'un des bords de deux dalles adjacents. Un bord de dalle (22) est muni d'un profil femelle (34) qui présente en substance la forme d'un L dont l'aile verticale (27) s'étend le long du bord jusqu'à l'arête de la surface supérieure de la dalle (22) et dont l'aile de base (35) s'étend vers l'intérieur de la dalle (22) et est repliée sur elle même vers le bas pour former une double aile (37) qui s'étend parallèlement à l'aile de base (35) en laissant entre elles un espace réduit (36) dans lequel peut s'engager une partie du profil mâle (32).
