ABSTRACT A prefabricated precast structural member as a load bearing member in a static structure extending from a footing to another footing, the structural member comprising a reinforced unitary structure of predetermined height, length and width, reinforced by reinforcing means located at predetermined locations and depths in the member, said member spanning substantially the entire predetermined length of the static structure's footing to footing extension; the structural member having at least one load bearing reinforced support beam integrally formed within the structural member and interconnected to the reinforcing means of the structural member when formed for support of the structural member and thereby distributing any load exerted upon the at least one support beam throughout the entire structural member.
