A structural plywood sheet for use in buildings has ribs for producing a ventilation layer formed thereon, thus enabling a ventilation layer to be easily formed in the wall of a building by simply nailing a finishing material to the structural plywood sheet. Compared to methods of forming a ventilation layer using spacers, material cost and on-site labour requirements are reduced, and ease of construction is improved.
