ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a moulded shell unit com- prising an outer and an inner layer, the outer layer consisting of a cured epoxy resin and the inner layer consisting of a layer of aggregates partially embedded in the inner face of the cured epoxy resin. The layer of aggregates may also be coated with a layer of fiber reinforced concrete. The shell units of the present invention are suitable to mould concrete units protected by epoxy resin such as tiles, steps or for repairing concrete units such as supports for bridges.
