A first washer is disposed on the upper surface of a member to be fastened, with the projecting portion inserted in a gap between the barrel of a bolt and an insertion hole in the member to be fastened. A second washer is disposed on the upper surface of the first washer, with its pawl applied to the engaging tooth of the first washer. The fitting portion of the second washer has the head of the bolt fitted therein. The first and second washers are relatively rotatable in a bolt-tightening direction in that the pawl slides on the inclined wall surface of the engaging tooth and are relatively nonrotatable on a bolt-loosening direction in that the pawl engages the substantially vertical wall surface of the engaging tooth. Even if the bolt tries to rotate in the loosening direction after being tightened, the second washer becomes relatively nonrotatable with respect to the first washer in that direction; thus, the bolt cannot rotate.
Selon la présente invention, on utilise une première rondelle que l'on dispose sur la face supérieure d'un élément à fixer, la partie en projection venant s'insérer dans un intervalle entre la tige du boulon et un trou d'insertion dans l'élément à fixer. On dispose une seconde rondelle sur la face supérieure de la première rondelle, la patte d'arrêt venant s'appliquer contre la dent de contact de la première rondelle. La tête du boulon est engagée dans l'élément d'adaptation de la seconde rondelle. Les deux rondelles sont capables entre elles d'une rotation dans le sens du serrage du boulon du fait que la patte d'arrêt glisse sur la paroi inclinée de la dent de contact tout en n'étant pas capables entre elles d'une rotation dans le sens du desserrage du boulon du fait que la patte d'arrêt est au contact de la surface sensiblement verticale de la paroi de la dent de contact. Même su le boulon essaie de tourner selon le sens du desserrage après le serrage, la seconde rondelle devient incapable de rotation par rapport à la première rondelle dans ce sens, ce qui fait que le boulon ne peut pas tourner.
