To facilitate attachment of a heat insulator by dispensing with welding operation. A band-like member 64 which is made to wrap on an outer periphery of an exhaust pipe 21 is interposed between the exhaust pipe 21 and a heat insulator 60 covering the exhaust pipe 21, both end portions 65 of the band-like member 64 in the length direction and attaching portions 62 formed at a pair of edge portions 61 along the length direction of the heat insulator 60 which are opposed to each other, are made to overlap each other and these members are fastened together by a bolt 68 and a nut 69 while interposing a collar 67 between the both end portions 65 in the length direction.
