Structure of semifinished product (10) for floating products comprising a plurality of layers (la-Id) of flexible material having density less than water, for example foam polyethylene, mutually constrained to each other. In particular, the layers (la-Id) are arranged according to an overlapped configuration and then constrained at fastening points, for example, seams (6) made by a stitching head (50) equipped with one or more needles (55) acting along a direction (60) substantially orthogonal to the layers (la-Id). Each seam point (6) is, in particular, insulated, i.e. is made in order to result distanced from the other seams (6). This is to avoid the production of weakening lines, or zones, in the semifinished product (10) and to obtain, then a highly flexible product and at the same time having a high mechanical resistance. The seams (6) can be made in a random way or following a predetermined scheme to provide a homogeneous distribution on all the surface of the layers (la-Id). Certain seams (6) can be connected by a segment of thread (7) in order to reduce the number of cutting operations in the seaming process.
L'invention concerne une structure de produit semi-fini (10) pour des produits flottants, comprenant une pluralité de couches (1a-Id) de matière flexible ayant une densité inférieure à l'eau, par exemple du polyéthylène mousse, mutuellement contraintes l'une par rapport à l'autre. En particulier, les couches (1a-Id) sont disposées conformément à une configuration à chevauchement, puis sont contraintes en des points de fixation, par exemple des coutures (6) faites par une tête de piquage (50) équipée d'une ou de plusieurs aiguilles (55) agissant le long d'une direction (60) sensiblement perpendiculaire aux couches (1a-Id). En particulier, chaque point de couture (6) est isolé, à savoir est réalisé pour être distant des autres coutures (6). Ceci est pour éviter la production de lignes ou zones d'affaiblissement dans le produit semi-fini (10) et pour obtenir ensuite un produit hautement flexible ayant en même temps une résistance mécanique élevée. Les coutures (6) peuvent être réalisées d'une manière aléatoire ou d'après un schéma prédéterminé pour fournir une distribution homogène sur la totalité de la surface des couches (1a-Id). Certaines coutures (6) peuvent être reliées par un segment de fil (7) de façon à réduire le nombre d'opérations de coupe dans le procédé de couture.
