A construction configuration for a building includes a fixture (40) adhered to a framing structure (50) with an adhesive system (10). The adhesive system has an outer pressure sensitive adhesive material (12), an inner pressure sensitive adhesive material (16), a bonding adhesive material (14), and at least one spacer material (20). The spacer material has at least one opening (22) for containing a desired quantity of the bonding adhesive material.
