The invention relates to a structured composite as a carrier for the tissue engineering and implant material of bones, comprising porous calcium phosphate granules. The granulated material has a grain size of between 0.5 and 10 mm with macropores and micropores. The macropores have an average diameter of between 50 and 500 µm. The granules are bonded by a biocompatible binding agent.
