A cosmetic composition preferably an antiperspirant composition, in solid or soft-solid form has a continuous phase which contains a water-immiscible liquid carrier and also contains a structurant which is partially or fully esterified cellobiose of Formula (I), wherein each Z is independently hydrogen or an acyl group of Formula (II), where R denotes a hydrocarbyl group containing from 4 to 22 carbon atoms. Not more than half of the Z groups are hydrogen.

L'invention concerne une composition cosmétique, de préférence, une composition anti-transpirante, sous forme solide ou solide-souple. Cette composition possède une phase continue qui renferme un vecteur liquide non miscible dans l'eau et contient également un élément de structuration qui est une cellobiose partiellement ou totalement estérifiée selon la formule (I). Dans cette dernière, chaque Z représente indépendamment hydrogène ou un groupe acyle selon la formule (II) où R représente un groupe hydrocarbyle renfermant 4 à 22 atomes de carbone. La moitié au plus des groupes Z représente de l'hydrogène.
