Abstract of the Disclosure A livestock carrier is disclosed which has a substantially rec- tangular main deck, and side members defining with the main deck a livestock space, a drinking water store and a feed store automatically supplying respec- tive outlets in the livestock space. A base below the main deck defines therewith a sewage space with which the livestock space is adapted to be in continuous communication. A roof is supported over the main deck and side members, and at least one side of the carrier is provided with means permit- ting ingress to and egress from the livestock space for the livestock. Pre- ferably, there is provided a removable deck between the main deck and the roof which is adapted in use to divide the livestock space into two superposed sections.
