The invention relates to a stuffing device for rolling up cigarettes by transferring a strand-shaped tobacco insert from a tubular fine-cut unit pack from non-smokable material into a cigarette paper wrap. The inventive device consists of a tubular sleeve with a coupling end to be placed on the free end of the tubular fine-cut unit pack and an ejection plunger that can be axially displaced relative to said tubular sleeve. The device is further characterized in that a) the coupling end (4) of the tubular sleeve (2) is configured as a cylindrical connecting sleeve (6) whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the tubular fine-cut unit pack and that, after 0.5 to 1.0 cm merges into an annular ring (8) whose outer diameter is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tubular fine-cut unit pack; b) on the coupling end (4) a tubular collar (12) from a rubber-elastic material is provided at an axial distance of approximately 1 to 5 mm to the opening of the cylindrical connecting sleeve (6) that extends beyond the annular ring (8). The inner diameter of said tubular collar is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tubular fine-cut partial packing and is dimensioned to form an annular gap (14) that receives the free end of the tubular fine-cut unit pack. The inventive device is further characterized in that c) the tubular sleeve (2) has an axially extending guide slot (18) at a distance to its both ends and d) in that the axially displaceable ejection plunger (20) is disposed inside the tubular sleeve (2). At the rear end of the ejection plunger a bracket-shaped cam (22) whose end is configured as an actuator handle (24) that glides on the tubular sleeve (2) extends through the guide slob (18) of the tubular sleeve (2).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de bourrage permettant à un utilisateur de fabriquer ses propres cigarettes par transfert d'un insert de tabac en forme de brin, d'un emballage unitaire fin, tubulaire, en matériau non fumable, vers une feuille de papier de cigarettes se présentant sous la forme d'une douille tubulaire. Ledit dispositif comporte une extrémité de couplage destinée à pousser le zone terminale libre de l'emballage unitaire fin tubulaire, et un piston éjecteur pouvant coulisser axialement par rapport à la douille tubulaire. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que a) l'extrémité de couplage (4) de la douille tubulaire se présente sous la forme d'un manchon tubulaire cylindrique (6) dont le diamètre extérieur est légèrement inférieur au diamètre intérieur de l'emballage unitaire fin tubulaire, et se transformant après 0,5 à 1,0 cm en un boudin annulaire (8) dont le diamètre extérieur est légèrement supérieur au diamètre intérieur de l'emballage unitaire fin tubulaire ; b) l'extrémité de couplage (4) comporte à un écart axial de 1 à 5 mm de l'orifice du manchon tubulaire cylindrique (6), une bague tubulaire (12) s'étendant au-delà du boudin annulaire (8), réalisée en matériau caoutchouc élastique, dont le diamètre intérieur est légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur de l'emballage unitaire fin tubulaire, une fente annulaire (14) étant créée pour la réception de la zone terminale libre de l'emballage unitaire fin tubulaire ; c) la douille tubulaire (2) présente une rainure de guidage axiale (18) espacée des deux extrémités de la douille ; et, d) le piston éjecteur (20) pouvant coulisser axialement est logé dans la douille tubulaire (2), ledit piston présentant sur l'extrémité arrière une came (22) en forme de nervure traversant la rainure de guidage (18) de la douille tubulaire (2), dont l'extrémité se présente sous la forme d'une poignée d'actionnement (24) coulissant sur la douille tubulaire (2).
