ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A substation has one terminal of a contact breaker electrically connected to a transformer. The breaker is con- tained in a vertically disposed insulator. The lower portion of the insulator is mechanically connected to a tank of the transformer, and a connecting terminal, which is electrically connected to the other terminal or the contact breaker, is securely fixed to the upper portion of the insulator.
