Crude oil is blended with two others liquids to produce stable emulsion. This emulsion is directly injected to the diesel engine obtaining engine protection and lower exploitation cost. The technical innovation consists of the thermodynamic effect on hydrocarbon fracturing by steam effect which provides more economic efficiency, lower toxicity of exhausted gases and lower exploitation cost. This emulsion denominated WEF (Wuka Emulsion Fuel) is more responding to the new environmental disposition expressed by Kyoto Protocol then traditional diesel fuel and even can be more optimised for required specific conditions.
