ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising as active ingredient N - [1- (3, 4 - methy- lenedioxyphenyl) - prop - 2 - yl] - N'- (2 - chlorophenyl) - piperazine and the physiologically compatible acid addition salts thereof either alone in certain dosage unit ranges or in combination with a coronary dilator. Pharmaceutical products comprising such compositions are also described and claimed. Pharmaceutical compositions containing N - [1 - (3', 4' - methylenedioxyphenyl) - prop - 2 - yl] - N' - (2 - chlorophenyl) - piperazine and the physiologically compatible acid addition salts are described and exemplified.
