Substituted benzoylaminothiazole derivatives represented by general formula (I) or salts thereof and drugs containing the same as the active ingredient. In said formula, X represents imino optionally substituted by lower alkyl, or oxygen; R1 represents cyano, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower alkoxycarbonyloxy, lower alkylsulfonylamino, optionally halogenated lower alkanoyl or lower alkylsulfonyl, 1-ureido, halogenated lower alkyl, or 2-pyrrolylimino; R2 and R3 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and m is an integer of 2 to 4. Because of having an excellent effect of improving digestive motions, these compounds are useful as preventives and remedies for unidentified epigastric complaints, vomiturition, vomiting, heartburn, anorexia, abdominal pain, abdominal swelling feel, chronic gastritis, etc.
L'invention porte sur des dérivés de benzoylaminothiazole substitués représentés par la formule (I) ou sur des sels de ceux-ci et sur des médicaments les contenant, ces dérivés étant utilisés comme ingrédients actifs. Dans cette formule, X représente imino éventuellement substitué par alkyle inférieur ou oxygène; R<1> représente cyano, alcoxycarbonyle inférieur, alcoxycarbonyloxy inférieur, alkylsulfonylamino inférieur, alcanoyle inférieur ou alkylsulfonyle inférieur éventuellement halogéné, 1-ureido, alkyle inférieur halogéné ou 2-pyrrolylimino; R<2> et R<3> sont identiques ou différents et représentent chacun hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur; et m est un nombre entier valant entre 2 et 4. Du fait que ces composés ont un excellent effet sur la digestion, ils sont utilisés comme agents préventifs et comme remèdes aux symptômes épigastriques non identifiés, à la vomiturition, aux vomissements, aux brûlures d'estomac, à l'anorexie, aux douleurs abdominales, aux sensations de gonflement abdominal, à la gastrite chronique, etc.
