The invention relates to substituted glutarimides of formula (I), wherein x is a group of formula (CH2)n-(CR8R9)p-Z-(CR8R9)m, Z represents a sulphur or oxygen atom, the SO or SO2 group, the radical NR8 (optionally in the form of N oxide) or a CR8R9 group, m and p are 0 or 1, n is 0, 1, 2 or 3, m, n and p cannot simultaneously be 0. The invention also relates to the production and use thereof in medicaments, especially as immunomodulators and inhibitors of angiopathies and/or haematological//oncological diseases..
L'invention concerne des glutarimides substitués de la formule (I), dans laquelle X représente un groupe de formule (CH¿2?)¿n?-(CR?8¿R?9¿)¿p?-Z(CR?8¿R?9¿)¿m ?; T représente un atome de soufre ou d'oxygène, le groupe SO ou SO¿2?, le reste (NR?8¿) (éventuellement sous la forme de l'oxyde d'azote), ou un groupe CR?8¿R?9 ¿; m et p valent 0 ou 1 ; et n vaut 0, 1, 2, ou 3 ; m, n et p ne pouvant pas être nuls simultanément. L'invention concerne également la fabrication et l'utilisation desdits glutarimides dans des agents pharmaceutiques, en particulier en tant qu'immunomodulateurs, et en tant qu'inhibiteurs d'angiopathies et/ou de maladies hématologiques/oncologiques.
