The invention relates to compounds having formula (I), wherein X is O, S, NH, OCO, NH-CO, NH-COO, NH-CO-NH, NH-CS or NH-CS-NH; R4 is H, (C1-C3)-alkyl which is optionally substituted with halogen or a heterocyclic carbon radical which is selected from various possibilities; R1 and R3 are H or F; and R2 is a heterocyclic nitrogen or carbon radical. Said compounds can be used to treat microbial infections in the human or animal body.
