Substituted phenethylamine derivatives exhibiting motilin receptor antagonism and being useful as drugs, which are compounds represented by general formula (1), hydrates of the same, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein Cy is a group represented by general formula (2): an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, C3-C7 cycloalkyl or phenyl; R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are each hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxyl, amino, trifluoromethyl or cyano, at least one of R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 being halogeno, trifluoromethyl or cyano.

L'invention concerne des dérivés phénéthylamine substitués présentant une activité antagoniste au récepteur de la motiline, et utiles comme médicaments, ces dérivés étant des composés représentés par la formule (1), des hydrates de ceux-ci ou des sels de ceux-ci pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Dans cette formule, Cy représente un groupe représenté par la formule (2), un groupe hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué, cycloalkyle C¿3?-C¿7? ou phényle; R¿1?, R¿2?, R¿3?, R¿4? et R¿5? représentent chacun hydrogène, halogéno, hydroxyle, amino, trifluorométhyle ou cyano, au moins l'un de R¿1?, R¿2?, R¿3?, R¿4? et R¿5? représentant halogéno, trifluorométhyle ou cyano.
