The present invention relates to certain 2,4-substituted pyrrolidine derivatives of Formula (I), wherein R1~, R2~, Ar1~ to Ar3~, alk1~, alk2~, X and Y have the value given in the specification. The compounds are useful as CCR-3 receptor antagonists and, therefore, may be used for the treatment of diseases treatable by administration of a CCR-3 receptor antagonists, e.g. asthma.
