ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to substituted quinolizidine- and indolizidine-methanol derivatives, which are useful for a pharmaceutical agent or as an intermediate for producing the same, and to a process for the preparation thereof. Such derivatives provide pharmaceutical agents having antihistaminic- , antiemetic- and antiacetylcholinergic activities with particularly strong antiacetylcholinergic activity such as spasmolytica or anti-ulcer agent in the form of quaternary salts thereof.
