-101- The invention relates to novel substituted sulphonylamino(thio)carbonyl compounds of the formula (I) Image in which A represents oxygen, sulphur, NH, N-alkyl, N-aryl, -CH=N-, or -N=CH- or -CH=CH-, Q represents oxygen or sulphur, R1 represents respectively optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heterocyclyl or heterocyclylalkyl, R2 represents cyano, nitro, halogen or represents respectively optionally substituted alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylthio, alkylsulphinyl, alkylsulphonyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, alkenyloxy or alkinyloxy, and R3 represents respectively optionally substituted heterocyclyl having 5 ring members of which at least one represents oxygen, sulphur or nitrogen and a further one to three may represent nitrogen, (except for certain individual prior art compounds), furthermore to salts of novel compounds of the formula (I), to various processes and novel intermediates for preparing the novel compounds and to their use as herbicides.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés sulfonylamino(thio)carbonyle substitués de formule (I), dans laquelle A désigne l'oxygène, le soufre, NH, N-alkyle, N-aryle, -CH=N-, ou -N=CH- ou -CH=CH-; Q désigne l'oxygène ou le soufre; R<1> désigne un alkyle, alcényle, alkinyle, cycloalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle, aryle, aryalkyle, hétérocyclyle ou hétérocyclylalkyle, chacun de ces groupes étant éventuellement substitué; R<2> désigne un cyano, nitro, halogène, ou un alkyle, alcoxy, alcoxycarbonyle, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyle, alkylsulfonyle, alcényle, alkinyle, alcényloxy ou alkinyloxy, chacun d'eux étant éventuellement substitué; et R<3> désigne un hétérocyclyle à cinq éléments de cycle, éventuellement substitué, dont au moins un peut être l'oxygène, le soufre ou l'azote, et un à trois autres peuvent être l'azote, (à l'exclusion des composés individuels déterminés déjà connus), ainsi que des dels des nouveaux composés de formule (I). L'invention concerne en outre différents procédés et nouveaux produits intermédiaires pour la fabrication des nouveaux composés, ainsi que leur utilisation comme herbicides.
