The present invention relates to certain substituted 5-carboxanilidothiazoles of the following formula: Image wherein each R is independently halo, halomethyl, 1-haloethyl, halomethoxy, 1-haloethoxy, halomethylthio, 1-haloethylthio, pentafluorosulfur, halomethylsulfinyl, 1-haloethylsulfinyl, halomethylsulfonyl or 1-haloethylsulfonyl; R1 and R2 are independently methyl, ethyl or fluoromethyl, provided that at least R1 or R2 is difluoromethyl or trifluoromethyl; and n is an integer from 3 to S; or an agronomically acceptable salt thereof, and to their use as fungicides.
