The invention concerns a substrate coated with a transparent organic film and a method for making same, and use thereof. The film-coated substrate is characterized in that the film is an electrically insulating organic polymer and transparent in at least a range of wavelengths, and in that the film is associated with a marker emitting at least in said wavelength range. The invention is in particular applicable in a means for detecting a chemical species, such as a biochip, in a quality control process, a certification process or an authentication process for an object.

La présente invention se rapporte à un substrat revêtu d'un film organique transparent, à un procédé de fabrication de ce substrat revêtu du film organique transparent, et à son utilisation. Le substrat revêtu d'un film est caractérisé en ce que le film est un polymère organique isolant électrique et transparent dans au moins une gamme de longueurs d'ondes, et en ce que ledit film est associé à un marqueur émettant au moins dans ladite gamme de longueurs d'ondes. Elle présente une application notamment dans un moyen de détection d'une espèce chimique, par exemple une biopuce, dans un procédé de contrôle qualité, un procédé de certification ou un procédé d'authentification d'un objet.
