A substrate for mushroom cultivation comprises a polyene fungicide, in particular natamycin. Mushrooms cultivated in such substrates can be harvested earlier than mushrooms cultivated in substrates which do not include polyene fungicides. Alternatively, mushrooms grown in a substrate comprising a polyene fungicide achieve a greater size than mushrooms grown for the same amount of time in a substrate which does not include a polyene fungicide.
La présente invention concerne un substrat pour la culture de champignons. Ce substrat comprend un fongicide polyénique, notamment de la natamycine. Les champignons cultivés dans de tels substrats peuvent être récoltés plus tôt que les champignons cultivés dans des substrats qui ne comprennent pas de fongicides polyéniques. De façon alternative, les champignons qui ont poussé dans un substrat comprenant du fongicide polyénique présentent une taille plus importante que les champignons qui ont poussé, pendant la même durée, dans un substrat ne comprenant pas de fongicide polyénique.
