When a screw is fastened, the distal end of a screw rope is lifted up. Consequently, even though the screw has a planar seat surface, the screw can be fastened under an appropriate condition without clamping the screw rope separated from the screw between it and the seat surface of the head of the screw. A screw rope guide (26) equipped with a guide path (24) at one of the ends thereof and with a shaft hole (25) at the other end is turnably fitted to a screw feed mechanism main body (6) capable of sliding back and forth, and a flexible member (28) for biasing down the portion of screw rope guide (26) on the side of the guide path (24) towards the screw feed mechanism main body (6) is disposed. A push portion (32) is provided to a fastener main body (3). The push portion (32) contacts a lower portion (26a) of the screw rope guide (26) near the shaft hole (25), and the portion of the screw rope guide (26) on the side of the guide path (24) is pushed up and the screw rope (11) inserted into the guide path (24) is pushed up forward in the feeding direction in the interlocking arrangement with the fastening operation of the screw (7).
Dans cette invention, lors de la fixation d'une vis, l'extrémité distale d'un train de vis est soulevée. Ainsi, même lorsqu'elle possède un siège dont la surface est plane, la vis peut être fixée dans des conditions appropriées sans qu'il soit nécessaire de maintenir le train de vis à l'écart de la vis entre cette dernière et la surface du siège de la tête de vis. Un élément flexible (28) va pousser vers le bas la partie du guide (26) de train de vis qui se trouve du côté de la voie de guidage (24), ceci en direction du corps principal (6) du mécanisme d'alimentation en vis. Le corps principal (3) de l'appareil de fixation comprend une partie de poussée (32) qui entre en contact avec la partie inférieure (26a) du guide (26) de train de vis à proximité de l'alésage (25) d'arbre. La partie du guide (26) de train de vis qui se trouve du côté de la voie de guidage (24) est poussée vers le haut, après quoi le train de vis (11) inséré dans la voie de guidage (24) est poussé vers l'avant dans le sens de l'alimentation et dans le dispositif de verrouillage grâce à l'opération de fixation d'une vis (7).
