In fixing and removing the masking material, vacuum means is connected to an air pipe connected to an air guide port of a sucking disc so as to evacuate the disc for sucking the masking material, in which the peripheral part of the air guide port is reinforced with a reinforcing material for preventing deformation of the disc and clogging of the disc by sucking the surface-treated film to the air pipe and removing the film.
