A suction roll (20) for forming or treating a material web (18), in particular a paper, cardboard or textile web, has an outer suction roll casing (1) formed by a perforated, rotary hollow cylinder, and a non-perforated support body (2) which extends through the suction roll casing (1). An axial bore (19) extends from end to end of the support body (2), is concentrically arranged to the axis of the support body and is crossed by an axial yoke (3) secured against rotation. The support body (2) is supported on the yoke (3) by at least one preferably hydrostatic and/or hydrodynamic support element (4), and its flexure line can preferably be influenced.
L'invention concerne un cylindre aspirant (20) pour former et traiter une bande de matériau (18), notamment une bande de papier, de carton ou de textile. Ledit cylindre comprend une gaine de cylindre aspirant (1) externe, formée par un cylindre creux rotatif perforé, et un support (2) non perforé, traversant la gaine de cylindre aspirant (1). Le support (2) présente un trou (19) concentrique par rapport à l'axe du support, s'étendant de bout en bout dans le sens axial et traversé par une tige (3) solidaire en rotation qui s'étend également dans le sens axial. Le support (2) est soutenu au niveau de la tige par au moins un élément d'appui (4) hydrostatique et/ou hydrodynamique, et, de préférence, la ligne de flexion du support peut être modifiée.
