The teat unit for sucking a liquid from a liquid container comprises a teat (4) and a flow restrictor with a through-opening (32). The teat (4) comprises a mouthpiece (42), with a suction opening (43), and a main body (40) which is formed integrally on the mouthpiece (42) and widens relative to the mouthpiece (42). The flow restrictor defines a maximum flow of the liquid passing through the suction opening (43) from the liquid container. According to the invention, the flow restrictor is arranged outside the mouthpiece (42), and the suction opening (43) has a greater cross--sectional surface area than the through-opening (32) of the flow restrictor. The teat unit permits a feeding action that is as true to nature as possible, since the mouthpiece (42) can be deformed very considerably, without substantially impairing the flow restriction.

L'ensemble tétine permettant d'aspirer un liquide contenu dans un contenant à liquide comporte une tétine (4) et un limiteur de débit pourvu d'un orifice de passage (32). La tétine (4) comporte un embout (42) pourvu d'un orifice de succion (43) ainsi qu'un corps de base (40) formé sur l'embout (42) et s'évasant par rapport à ce dernier. Le limiteur de débit définit un débit maximal du liquide s'écoulant du contenant par l'orifice de succion (43). Selon l'invention, le limiteur de débit est placé à l'extérieur de l'embout (42) et l'orifice de succion (43) présente une aire de section supérieure à celle de l'orifice de passage (32) du limiteur de débit. L'ensemble tétine permet une succion la plus naturelle possible, l'embout (42) pouvant subir des déformations très importantes, sans effet négatif sensible sur la limitation de débit.
