A sugar-coated pill comprising a core, a film layer coating the outer surface of the core and mainly comprising a film component, a sugar coat layer coating the outside of the film layer and mainly comprising a sugar coat component, and a middle layer provided between the film layer and the sugar coat layer and containing both the film component and the sugar coat component, the concentration of the sugar coat component at the interface between the middle layer and the sugar coat layer being higher than that at the interface between the middle layer and the film layer in the middle layer.
