Sulfonamide-substituted chromans, processes for their preparation, their use as medicament or diagnostic aid, and medicament comprising them Chromans of the formula I (see fig.I) with the meanings of R(A), R(B) and R(1) to R(8) stated in claim 1 are outstandingly suitable for producing a medicament for blocking the K+ channel which is opened by cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP); also for producing medicaments for inhibiting gastric acid secretion; for the treatment of ulcers of the stomach and the intestinal region, in particular the duodenum, for the treatment of reflux esophagitis, for the treatment of diarrheal disorders, for the treatment and prevention of all types of arrhythmias, including atrial, ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias, for controlling reentry arrhythmias and for preventing sudden heart death as a result of ventricular fibrillation.
Chromanes substitués par un sulfonamide, leurs procédés de fabrication, leur utilisation comme médicament ou aide diagnostique, et médicament en étant composé. Les chromanes de formule I (voir fig. I), avec les significations de R(A), R(B) et R(1) à R(8) précisées dans la demande 1, sont exceptionnellement appropriés pour : la production d'un médicament destiné à bloquer le canal K+ qui est ouvert par l'adénosine monophosphate cyclique dépendante; la production de médicaments servant à inhiber les sécrétions d'acide gastrique; le traitement d'ulcères de l'estomac et de la région intestinale, particulièrement le duodénum; le traitement d'oesophagites peptiques; le traitement de troubles diarrhéiques; le traitement et la prévention de tout type d'arythmie, y compris les arythmies auriculaire, ventriculaire et supraventriculaire; le contrôle des arythmies de rentrée; la prévention de morts subites causées par une fibrillation ventriculaire.
