Abstract of the Disclosure Compounds of the formula: Image in which Y is -(CH2)n- where n is one of the integers 1, 2, 3 or 4 or Image ; Z is -?-SO2- or -SO2?- where R is hydrogen, alkyl, polyfluorinated alkyl, -CN, cyanoalkyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkylalkyl; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7, independently, are hydrogen, alkoxy, trifluoro- methyl or halo; R8 is hydrogen or alkyl; R9 is alkyl; R10 is alkyl; m is one of the integers 0 or 1; p is one of the integers 0,1, 2 or 3; and s is one of the integers 0 or 1; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are useful as anti-arrhythmic agents.
