Sulfur-containing heterocyclic bradykinin antagonists, process for their preparation, and their use Compounds of the formula I (see fig. I) in which one of the radicals X1, X2 or X3 is C-O-R2 and the other X1, X2, and X3, in each case, and X4, are then, identically or differently, N or CR1; R1 and R3 are, identically or differently, H, halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl, O-R6, S-R6, NHR6, (C6-C12)-aryl, (C6-C12)-aryl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, C(O)-OR6, C(O)-H, (C2-C5)-alkenyl, NO2, SO3R7, CN or C(O)-NHR8, where alkyl, aryl and alkenyl can optionally be substituted; R2 is a compound of the formula (II) (see fig. II) R4 and R5 are, identically or differently, H, halogen, OR6, SR6, CN or (C1-C5)-alkyl; R6, R7 and R3 are, identically or differently, H, (C1-C5)-alkyl, (C3-C5)-alkenyl, (C6-C12)-aryl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkyl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, C(O)-(O)0-1-(C1-C5)-alkyl or C(O)-(NH)0-1-(C1-C5)-alkyl; A is an aminocarboxylic acid; R9 is H, C(O)-(O)0-1-(C1-C5)-alkyl or C(O)-(O)0-1-(C1- C3)-alkyl-(C6-C10)aryl; R10 is -C(O)-D-E, -C(S)-D-E, -SO2-D-E or hydrogen; D is (C2-C5)-alkenediyl. (C1-C8)-alkanediyl, -(CH2)n-Yo-(CH2)m-, (C3-C10)- cycloalkanediyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkyl-(C1-C3)-alkanediyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkenediyl or (C3-C10)-cycloalkenyl-(C1-C3)-alkanediyl, which radicals can optionally be substituted; E is H, (C6-C10)-aryl or (C1-C9)-heteroaryl, which radical can optionally be substituted; Y is O, S or NR8; and the physiologically tolerated salts thereof, a process for their preparation, and their use as pharmaceuticals, are described.

II) et où R4 et R5 sont, de façon identique ou différente, un H, un halogène, un groupe OR6, SR6, CN ou alkyle en C1-C5; R6, R7 et R3 sont, de façon identique ou différente, un H ou un groupe alkyle en C1-C5, alkényle en C3-C5, (aryl en C6-C12)-(alkyle en C1-C3), cycloalkyle en C3-C10, (cycloalkyl en C3-C10)-cycloalkyl-(alkyle en C1-C3), C(O)-(O)0-1-(alkyle en C1-C5) ou C(O)-(NH)0-1-(alkyle en C1-C5); A est un acide aminocarboxylique; R9 est un H ou un groupe C(O)-(O)0-1-(alkyle en C1-C5) ou C(O)-(O)0-1-(alkyl en C1- C3)-alkyl-(aryle en C6-C10); R10 est un groupe -C(O)-D-E, -C(S)-D-E, -SO2-D-E ou un hydrogène; D est un groupe alcènediyle en C2-C5, alcanediyle en C1-C8, -(CH2)n-Yo-(CH2)m-, cycloalcanediyle en C3-C10, (cycloalkyl en C3-C10)-(alcanediyle en C1-C3), cycloalcènediyle en C3-C10 ou (cycloalkényl en C3-C10)-(alcanediyle en C1-C3), ces groupes pouvant être substitués; E est un H ou un groupe aryle en C6-C10 ou hétéroaryle en C1-C9, ces groupes pouvant être substitués; Y est un O, un S ou un groupe NR8.
